Banned from Ebay UK can I do US?
 

I have the stealth guide already but I would still like to use my details. I have my paypal of over 6 years as well. But I would like to know if I can open an eBay US with my details and attach to that paypal without getting into trouble?

I have never tried.... Maybe? But if I was a betting man I would say no

You would need to look into an EIN as well

You would need IP and follow stealth methods for new account setup. Also, how do you plan on withdrawing?

the good thing is UK -> USA is much better than say Nigeria -> USA.

While you can do that, there are a couple of differences such as the banking laws and tax laws in USA. So you'll have to have an American personal info if you want to open your account there.

So what do you mean you want to use your "own" details? As in all UK info?
