upgraded to business account but now it still wants SSN???
 

So I got my Paypal upgraded to a business account, but there is still a notification now asking me to add tax reporting information.

This is the notification:
"Please update your profile and provide your tax reporting information to remove the limitations on your account."

Am I totally screwed at this point?

Is it because it takes time for Paypal to review the information before the limitation or notification is lifted?

Can you be a bit clearer on what you did and what happened please - did you add an EIN in order to upgrade the account to a business account? Then what happened? Were you asked to enter the last 4 digits of the SSN?
