finally I fixed my ebay

I emailed like 20 times and called them like 10 times
toke me 5 days

first you have to be persistent

second you have to answer the questions like they want to hear
and know how to work on eBay so you can convince them
.
as you know my account was suspended 24 hours after listing 1 item
and my info on ebay is my real info and the item was OK . a dog poster .

in one of the calls ebay said this suspension is normal and happens
to new accounts so if someone really wants the account have to call them
so be persistent
.
first i emailed a lot and i got 3 different answers
1 asked a few questions and said wait like 7- 10 days for review
2 gave me a phone number and said to call them directly
3 gave me a link to upload my ID and address verification documents
and I answered all of them
calling them works better if you convince them on the phone
they fix it right away .

first they ask you about account info
email name address number and stuff and they say we will call you back
sometimes they will call you back and ask you about what do you want to
sell answer carefully and convince them
if they did not call back . call again and again every time different person will answer and tell them you told me you would call back and ask for supervisor

and I try my best to deliver the item less than 7 days
