Could you pls tell me which ebay terms or policy i violated so that ebay suspended my account and classfy this case into MC115 NOTICE?

ebay should have referenced the policy issue.

Basically, they consider the login info to be suspicious - perhaps because a class 1,2, or 3 proxy or poor VPN is being used. Only a class 4 proxy is viable for continued and frequent use. There are some decent VPNs, but most are already sus'd by the bad guys.

They might see an IP which geographically does not match the country which the account is registered to. Most proxies and VPNs are not effective for masking IP or geolocation. They appear to work from your end, but the server end often penetrates them with ease. Even when penetration fails, the usage is detected, which is even worse - as regards suspiciousness.

Perhaps you have a very common name and there are several others with the same name in your immediate area. If your name is John Smith or Robert White and you are in a major city - that could be it.

There are other things that could prompt an MC115, so we aren't likely going to figure out the exact cause.

Hello, one my account was suspended few days ago for MC115. I created using all stealth methods, start selling, few weeks later added more store items and after that get this notice. These items I been selling for year but with different accounts.

i have sold i self made service manuals for laptops i list it as service manual. and the have limited my account i can't list items. they ask to send manufacturer invoice for i sold items. there are no invoice from manufacturer. coz i have made that all.

what should i do?
