Can i change my paypal email address and keep using it on new stealth ebay

Hey guys,
So my ebay account got suspended and i have a paypal account that is well established that i had linked to it. Paypal did not get in any suspensions etc, its in good standing.

If i change the email address and bank on that paypal account will it still risk ebay catching my new stealth account if i link it?

You have about a 50/50 chance of getting caught. No one here is going to guarantee you anything nor should they.

Don't do it. Changing personal info on PP on its own is already risky.

get the ebay stealth and read it carefully. Start there.
