Linking a Prepaid CC to Stealth Paypal account
 

I recently purchased another Stealth account including Paypal...and I am being told not to link a Bank Card or Credit Card to the account.

Since it is a new account all new sales will have a hold on them and I will need to pay for the shipping and ebay fees but I can not with the sales since there is a hold...Can I upload a Prepaid Credit Card (not a vanilla one) to the Paypal account to pay for these fees?

Also, why can't I upload a Bank Card or Credit Card I thought Paypal didn't match the names?

You cannot add a credit card or debit card cause they will not pass the AVS check - Address Verification System.
Yes you can a prepaid credit card to pay for those fees.

It wont match the address so fails the AVS checks

Get a VCC to match that or a gift card.

I also suggest you read the stealth guide to understand the basics of what's going on here, specially since you invested on a new account already.
