eBay Suspension but PP ok. Can I create a new EIN and reuse my LLC?
 

Howdy folks,

One of my LLC accounts recently got the ban hammer from eBay but the paypal status is fine. I was wondering if upgrading a new paypal account to business, then generating a new EIN from my llc would remove the tax info limit on paypal.

Ebay was always a personal account and never had any information on the LLC.

Would reusing a business in paypal cause ebay linking even if the EIN is different?

Create a new eBay and change the email on the eBay to your new paypal email

This is riskier than starting fresh but should work
