Ebay suspended my account and auto refund buyer

Ebay suspended my account, then dont know why there are 4 customer contact ebay said that they dont receive order, but they just place order 2 days ago.
Ebay automatic close case and refund customer.
What happend here and what should I do now?

Did you upload tracking to Paypal for these orders so the customer knew their order was on the way? Usually if they close cases this quickly it's because there was no tracking uploaded to eB or PP.

The customers probably opened cases because they got an email from eBay telling them your account was suspended, and they got worried either that you're a scammer who had your account suspended for scamming or that you never shipped their orders.

Get the shipments back if possible.

I do dropshiping, and item not ship yet but I cant cancel order, so after got tracking, can I claim with paypal?

If you can, cancel all those orders asap. Talk with the dropshipper now.

This is one of those snowballing effect that I hate the most.

If I cancel too much order, paypal will notice and limit my paypal account.
I am going to open dispute on transaction which is shipped.

This is a bad idea. Opening multiple fraudulent claims is not a good way to stop the orders and could do major damage to whatever account you're buying with. You would lose the claims anyway since the person filling your orders hasn't done anything wrong.

No, you can't. eBay has already made a final decision for all these cases. You won't be able to add the tracking numbers anywhere since your listings have been removed and the Paypal transactions have been reversed. The only way you could have prevented this would have been to upload tracking in Paypal before the eBay claims were opened.

Why can't you cancel the orders? If you're a dropshipper, can't you just contact whoever fills your orders and explain the situation?

I drop from walmart and amazon, they ship item very fast, so I cant cancel order :(

Paypal doomed anyway. Refund your customers and let the account sleep for a few months.
