Opening Ebay.com account from the UK -what do you need

I am trying to open Ebay.com seller account from the UK -what do you need?

I almost opened one yesterday and then it was suspended because of suspicious activity. I have never had a Ebay USA account

What do I need to open an account?

If you have eBay.co.uk seller account, you can just go login to eBay.com and start listing items on eBay.com, I never had any issues when doing that.

You can also do it the other way around and register to ebay.com with your UK address if you want. Done it a couple of times without issues.
