Suspended for what?

Hi, I want to know your opinion on my suspension. I was selling digital items on my stealth account and the reason for the suspension was "After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community."

Do I want to know if my stealth account got detected? Or this suspension is because I sold digital items? What do you think?

Digital items in general are high risk. Doing it on a new stealth account is just that much worse.

yea I would wait at least 30days after first listing to even try sell a digital item.

Even if you sell something digital still mail something physical thats only an ounce or two. You could avoid a lot of hassle this way.

Example: People sell gift cards and they might email you the codes, but still mail the physical card.

Digital items are high risk. Avoid, send something with every purchase, or mix with tangible goods.

Like everyone has said digital items are high risk. Main reason being Ebay nor Paypal can truly confirm receipt how do they know you arent selling imaginary items to your buddies so that you can hit the no hold limit and then steal money from people.

When I was selling digital items, I was also selling loads of small cheap things like phone cases, to lower the risk level of my account. Selling digital goods solely, without anything else killed my accounts pretty fast.

Your dollar for dollar avg of small items to digital goods should be about 2:1 as far as dollar amount is concerned. I would also mix in a few used items.

Sorry for the super basic question, I'm having the same problem at the moment... Do you suggest then drop shipping phone cases or am I misinterpreting the information here?

I don't want to ship out stuff worldwide on my own, shipping costs may be too big for me.

Thanks for the help!

Dropshipping is also bad. You need to have your own stock of tangible items.

Even 30 days may not be ideal

Digital and dropshipping combined - the new definition of 'sudden death'.
