I received a negative feedback on the 22nd June and another on 30th June. My feedback is currently 96.7% and my DSR ratings are 4.4 - 4.3 - 4.5 - 4.6

I got a 4 weeks suspension today. Someone emailed me a few days ago saying they were not happy. I tried to resolve it and said they still were not happy and wanted a refund. I emailed them yesterday saying thats fine I will give them a full refund, just tell me the date they paid and how much. They didnt reply to the email and I woke up this morning and my account has been suspended for breach of their Seller Non-Performance policy. Im guessing its because of the dispute in paypal as that was opened today and I got suspended today?

I dont know what I am going to do without any earnings for 4 weeks! Do you think they will reinstate my account after the 4 weeks? is it worth waiting? or will i create a new account?

Hope you can help. This is my only source of income!

If you want to start selling again before those 4 weeks, you are going to have to open a new account. Make sure you follow all guidelines for making a stealth account though!

if I wait the 4 weeks do you think my account will get reinstated though? or is my feedback too bad?

You really should work on improving your DSRs.
Even if it's a PT thing, you need to improve them. Stealth or not.

Since Fbay specified a 4 weeker, you have a chance (decent one) to get your acct back.
But the acct will most likely get extra scrutiny until your #'s look better.

you should aways have a backup account ready just in case something happens to your primary.

Thanks. I have enough cash to last me 4 weeks, but not any longer than that, thats why im panicking about whether my account will get reinstated or not. Im quite happy to wait the 4 weeks. But dont know what ill do if I wait the 4 weeks and they decide not to reinstate my account.

I have bought stealth about 6 months ago but was scared to make a back up account incase I did something wrong and my main ebay account with over 400 feedbacks got banned.

If I use a different user log in on my mac is there no way of linking the accounts? (obviously ill use different bank account, name paypal etc) I just mean cookies ip wise etc.

I dont know any about macs. sorry. I would think the concept would be the same but not sure.

I have 5 accounts running and 5 aging.
