eBay suspended for now reason
 

Hello, I have just been suspended on a new account recently and I have no other option apart form asking for some help on here I made a new stealth eBay and PayPal account and I listed a item once it was all good and running. About a day later I get a notification saying I have been suspended for suspicious activity.

So I phoned up eBay and they said I needed to call PayPal due to a unverified account even so I did just that and they had no clue what I was on about they said it was eBay's problem. So I decided to phone eBay back and they said that my phone number was already in use, so they can't reinstate my account. It should of been fine I used a fresh soho66 number.

If anyone could give me any advise on what to do next...

It can be suspension about the item you sold or already used phone number.

Item should of been fine it was a relatively low risk item.

Can't rule out anything really.

Do you have the ebay stealth and did you follow it completely?

I honestly would start there before anymore advice is given.

Even just a small mistake, or one you are completely unaware of can sink a new account. I've had accounts go NARU even without listing or doing anything other than logging in.

Read, and re-read the Stealth Guide again. Also be 100% sure you are using a Fresh IP or not one that has potential problems.

It was the eBay account they said there was a issue with the phone number.

2. An issue with phone number as in they called but it wasn't working? Or something else?

1. Sorry, but I acutely got a copy of the guide on MPGH for about 80$ I think, so I don't think there is a code attached, I found this site after over paying.

2. I just got a random suspension on eBay, and they where like the phone number attached to the account is already in use to we have suspended your account and not reinstating it.

If they wont reinstate it than they wont reinstate it but phone numbers are often reused and recycled. That happens with non major phone companies.

2. Unfortunately it's gone. For eBay, I suggest the ebay stealth and start new.
As well as making multiple back ups . Start now, holiday season is coming soon.
