Hi,

So I got suspended indefinitely from Ebay. My buddy has a paypal and ebay account he started nearly a decade ago. He doesn't use it and is willing to part ways with it even if it means the account will get suspended. Would I be able to safely change the account information and upgrade his paypal to business? I have a new business name, bank account, office address and ip account with new computer. Basically everything I would input is new other than my own name.

You should be able to, but if they ask for social, specially PayPal, make sure your friend is willing to help...

Would cookies play a role in this somehow?

cookies? same routine as all accounts, clear or keep seperate...
