linking account by credit card

If i used a credit card to make a one time payment of ebay fees on a previously suspended account, can i use that card again to make a one time payment on a different account without being linked?

i know that if you added the card to your account for automatic payments and your account got suspended , you can't use it again. but not sure about cards that were used for one time payments only

Don't use this card again on another account. Don't reuse things. Start a new everything.

Find good VCC and pay your fees on the new account safety.

If Amazon have a system to know what card people are using even when they say they don't know or "can't give you this information", why not Ebay? :bounce:
Don't do it. Most likely you'll get linked.

Such information would get logged. If it doesn't link you immediately, it will most certainly do during a manual review.
