Close Account And Open New One
 

Hey. I was selling ebooks on ebay and then got suspended for 30 days. All my feedback was deleted except 2 that did not come from ebooks. After the suspension I got my account back and received a negative feedback. There is no point keeping the account because I don't have any records of the few last people that didn't get their ebook and the negative feedback brings my rating down since I only had +2 to begin with. Should I close the account and open up a new one? I used my real information, so if I use my real info again will they link the accounts? Does anybody have any advice? Thanks. :)

Corrine, once the real info is used, you can not use it again. Then why should you? Even though the account now has only 2 FB, it is already created. Now you know not to sell ebooks, find other items to sell. Get FB by buying BUT not ebooks or 'penny' items.:peace:

I'm just worried about that negative feedback and a few more might come because all my transactions were deleted when I got my account back, so I have no idea who paid and who didn't for the last few ebooks. Ebay is not considerate towards sellers at all.

Just wait it out. There's nothing you can do. Wait until they email you then offer refunds. That's the best you can do.

I've got packages out there and who knows what item is what (they canceled 40 listings, all different items, similar descriptions)? i could send a replacement. Stupid USPS lost 5 packages in a single week!!!! THey somehow separated the international label (out of their own sleeves;' not an easy task) then said the packages is lost. I told them "stolen". Anyway, nothing I can do. If it's 60 days, I win. 45 days they can't leave negative. Try holding them off at bay till the clock runs out if you can or refund. What choice do you have?

I've got items USPS said were "lost" because of this label thing...tracking shows a dead end at JFK airport then no more...but only two asked about the status. One i offered two replacements, the other I said I was tryng to trace it and will have to buy another I guess when I return from Asia...

Yes open a new account in your real name and let the other one sit idle or do nothing with it in a year you can use it again the same thing happened to me 8 fb's then a neg said a 99 cent cd wouldnt play I refunded the person and they are working with me to remove the neg. keep a check on that account though so it dosent get shut down again or any other accounts in that same name will be shut down also.
