Can anyone tell me whats going on.....!?!?
 

Ok, I got one of my ID suspended while ago, but the other ID of mine was alive so I started listing with this ID,

After I had sold 1 item with this ID, First, Paypal had limited my account, saying observed unusual transaction, and then eBay has suspended this ID. ok I understand why eBay suspend this iD,they found out that this ID is related to my suspended ID. and I also understand Paypal limits account when they see some unusual transaction, (I sold 1 camera and it was sold $450 ) so for PayPal, I provided a reciept of product and my proof of address. With in 3 days they restored my account..

But then! it gets so confusing from here
they have reversed the money to the buyer... I provided tracking number and so on but they reversed it. now customer have item and my money.

Does this have anything to do with my ID getting suspended?
I contacted buyer and he said "very sorry he recently had a problem in paypal" he said he is gonna send me money again by his friend's paypal account...

??

this is my first confusion,
is it him or me that triggered this reversal??

and he did. he sent money again to me..
and the money was automatically reversed to him again....

I got more confused, I was starting to doubt that it s a scam..
because I sent the item to the address that he told me to sent,
(he said its a birthday gift to his friend)
I did not send to confirmed address I guess, so I thought I got scammed,

but then..
why is he keep answering my email and trying to send me money
over and over...?

I told him to send gain, this is the 3RD time,
he used another friend's paypal account,
(different account from first and second time he send me)
and ALSO I used my friend's account to recieve..
which means, sender and reciever are totally different people
and no link to ebay , no message to identify anything,

and again,
it was AUTOMATICALY reversed to his friend's account....
I cannot find a reason on paypal site.

I am getting more confused and confused every time.....

why is the money keep reversing,

does anyone know whats going on...
am I just getting scammed by this buyer,

(then why he keeps sending me money...
he can take the money and walk away..... )


I dont understand...

i wouldnt bother anymore with PP just ask them to send a money order because of the weird reversal thing. if they send it its not a scam if not just do a mutual agree to not complete oh wait ebays got you down right? just ask for the money order and complete the trans and be done with it. be sure when u send to get a signature conf. to avoid future probs.

No1 - You sent to an "Unconfirmed PayPal" address not good as you are not eligible for buying protection against "Scam artists", No2 why would "PayPal" keep reversing payment on unlinked and unknown PayPal accounts?. No3 does the buyer have access to your personal email address so he can correspond with you?, no4 does the funds show up in your PayPal account and your other PayPal accounts as "Held/Reversed" payment?. No5 Nigerian 419 scam sounds like you've sent your item to an unconfirmed address with no history to "PayPal". And you said he was buying it for a friend? I think you've been scammed and he's just giving you the run around, I'd call it at day and count the item as a loss!

Way to unearth a thread from 2007 ha =)

I was just about to say sounded like it was on the buyer end. That buyer was probably a seller who was using funds that was just put in his paypal account from a sale to make that purchase. Back before the 21 day holds paypal would put holds or reverse payments if someone just quickly sold something then bought something else.
