MC011 turned in all legit documents two days ago and no word from eBay.

I have had 4 of these MC011 and I have appealed all 4. Sent in everything they wanted and still got denied. I can open up a million other accounts but the problem is that the last 2 suspended were account that I had EIN attached to paypal. Anyway I can still use those paypals for another ebay?
