MC011 turned in all legit documents two days ago and no word from eBay.
 

Account got mc011 selling two pairs of shoes that I posted the receipt for in my photos. I provided all the info they requested and receipts on all items and apparently I’m either not getting reinstated or this procedure takes days? Never had any issues with the account but I did just deal with one weird dude messaging me about shoes so I’m not sure what the problem was but the account was a 500k lol
Any guidance? Everything is real I sent my license and everything proving it but have got no word from eBay at all.

MC011 sucks ass. They seem to be the most troublesome usually. I have dealt with 2 for previous customers and supplied everything that was asked and waited and waited and still did not get reinstated.

I would not continuously call. I would plan on this account not getting reinstated and move on. If it does get reinstated then its a bonus. Sorry to share my bad experiences.

MC011's are very difficult to pass. It usually means eBay has questions/concerns about the items you are selling and wants proof. It's a Trust & Safety case, and you are likely not going to talk to them. The frontline reps almost never allow customers to speak with that department. They are located in Utah and also perform seller vetting and verifcation.

From what I have personally experienced, as well as others, even providing 100% legit receipts is no guarantee they will reinstate you. The odds are never very good with an MC011. I have yet to see anyone on this forum pass this type of selling suspention.

Last time I had this happen to me persoanlly, I didn't hear back for almost a month after submitting purchase orders/invoices. They didn't rule in my favor no less, even though the documents I submitted were directly from my suppliers. They just didn't like WHAT I was selling, period.

Your efforts need to be focused on getting other accounts going asap, if you have not already done so. As other members of this board, such as Sajin have stated many times, time you are wasting trying to get an old account back can be better spent on getting new ones up and running now.

Anything else you'd be chasing your tail every time eBay asks for something when they have no intention of reinstating you at all.

Don't waste anymore time with a MC011 suspention.

You are best advised to make new accounts. In fact, make as many as you can and get back to selling asap.

Exactly. MC011 means you are: DONE, FINISHED, HISTORY.

Time to make a new account (or two, three, or four) ;)

People often waste time sending in docs with this type of restriction hoping to get their account back. Doesn't matter if you docs are genuine or not, eBay has already decided never to reinstate this account. Anything you send it won't help your case, and in fact is used to further blacklist/ban you.

I've had some positive experience when I received MC011 on two of my accounts. I did get them reinstated without ever submitting any info. To be truthful, I gave up on them. Just had them reinstated. The downside is they were suspended in 2014. I had over a thousand feedback on both. Decided to call in to get MC011 removed and was approved. Not the preferred way to go but...

problem is even if you do get it reinstated, the fact that you sell so many, you get lots of scam buyers. I'm starting to think that my competition is buying and returning on me knowing it's free returns. I also noticed that on new accounts, with little selling of this item, i rarely get that. so, your competition is gonna try and kill your metrics if not you legit customers, so you might as well just create a new account.

Nothing special. Just on a whim called up ebay using two new numbers. The reps said they would forward info to...some department. Was approved about 24 hours later for both. Being inactive for over 4 years may have helped.

exactly the same happened to me. my accounts where suspended around 11/2013 and also not do anything until this past Friday i called and they asked me 3 questions and wallup. they did tell me that they are only reinstating accounts that where suspended prior 2014, i don't know if that is true or not

Which I did my account was clean without any open cases
Or returns I am selling on eBay for almost 10 years
I have contacted eBay and reply to their email stating that
I have addressed all concerns and I am ready to appeal and
For my account to be reviewed I have called few times as
Well to eBay USA and eBay Australia but always got response
That they will get back to me in 48-72 hours
Than I got response and they ask for supplier invoices and payment
Recepits I provided eBay what ever they wanted
The next response was they are not comfortable with the
Products I am selling ( mostly smart phones)
And they asked me to find new supplier with different types of products
And let them know what I want to sell
I have ignored this email and contact by phone to eBay USA
The the guy from eBay told me to contact eBay Australia as
They might override this decision so I did that
And eBay Australia did not mention anything about new type
Of products and advise again they will contact me within
48- 72 hours I was waited patiently but still no response
I called again and got the same answer eventually
O contact eBay Australia through the chat and explained its my
Full time business and support my family
They apologized it's taking to long and than 2 hours later
I got email saying that my selling account was indefently. Restricted
And I can not sell anymore which completely override the first
Temporary restriction
My question is is there anything I can do to reinsted my account?
It was a high limit account of 1500 items and $250000

It is not unusual either an ebay rep or brand name staff or vero or some past buyer filed a complaint ,they will buy one of your smart phones and decide they dont want your business

The 24th October i got the MC011, today 27 October my account has been restored, do not say that man if you are not 100% secure of what are you saying.
