Ending my dropshipping "career" and leaving a debt behind

Hello, I decide I am tired with DS and the very small amount of money I earned because of eBays very high fees.Anyeay I decide this month to stop it and yet to pay what I owe ehich is the amount of 500$.When I sign up I used my real info and I consider If it's the right decision to leave the debt behind.I leave in Greece. What are the odds eBay chasing my after courts or sending me a collection agency?

Sorry for my bad english...

I know in some countries they refer your debt to an external collection agency, I cannot say for your country. Do some Googling and find out whether that's the case in your country

If you owe them money they will try to recover it

So whats the best.Start paying 70 month or wait if a collection agent knock my door? Cause first I leave in Greece and I cannot find anything related to my problem scondly I have read many posts claiming that they owe large amount of money to ebay for years and they keep only receiving emails with warnings

You should put your "bigboy" pants on and pay up. I have had accounts suspended or lost paypal with $300 fees owed and I just "put my bigboy pants on" and whip out a cc and pay it. Damn not paying is low?

^^Agreed. Pay your fees. Break it up into payments if you need to. If you're making regular small payments toward your debt from your eBay account, I doubt they'll send it to a collections agency.

I learned the hard way... Had $1k in fees from earlier this year. Forgot about it until I received a 200 page packet from Allied International Collection. Scared the hell outta me haha

Yep. Everything since the beginning of the year. Which honestly the $1k fees was the last like 12 days of selling before the account was closed lol

Issue with paying in instalments is that's not how it works. Your fees are due end of the month. You paying a fraction will leave a remaining amount. If that amount goes to collection agencies, they'll put their extortionate fees on top.

Then you'll probably end up paying more overall.

I'd pay it and be done with it.

I called PayPal's Collection Department. The lady had told me to just pay what I can until its paid off. Told me to tell the collections agency to screw themselves
