Phone Number
 

So six months ago I did a test and opened an ebay account with an at&t number that was attached to an account that got suspended 5 years ago. So this account has been building slowly and have had no issue with the phone number, got both ebay and paypal text verified with it. Am I living on borrowed time? Should I attach a new google number to paypal and ebay.

You probably are living on borrowed time. There's a very high chance a review of your account would cause you to be linked to your old banned account.

Very reckless practices.

So if I changed the number to a google voice would that help?

If you already used that number and you changed it, they'll still have a record.

Well actually I misspoke earlier, it was an account that I lost the original number and put in my regular phone number so I could call in about an issue. Seems to be working though. I only keep $25 in the paypal so if it gets limited they only have 25

Good to keep low amounts in paypal - just in case...
