That has nothing to do with your account being blocked. That is an unrelated issue that is irrelevant. As a buyer, you would have no problem here. It would be the seller having a problem.

So, why were YOU blocked? The screenshot at the top says to click and pay your fees. Is there something else?

I can help you figure out your account being blocked. I can not help you make a transaction complaint as a buyer.

I believe there is a miscommunication problem. You don't seem to understand what I am saying and I do not understand what you are saying.

So we try again. You should have had an official mail from ebay saying what type of suspension and explaining why. The type is a number MCxxx. Locate the email, block out your private info, and let me see it.
