problems with dsr & treatment by ebay
I have been selling on Ebay for 2 years. I keep my nose clean....but in the beginning I experimented with shill bidding using my daughters account. Learned my lesson. Now, I am suspended for seller non-performance. I received 3 negs from the same woman over her not wanting to pay combined international shipping. She didn't realize the 3 items she purchased would cost that much to ship. I also issued some refunds to buyers, and had 2 disputes from buyers who didn't recieve items internationally. BUT..I have relatively high DSRs (lowest in a 12 month period is shipping time 4.35) I ahve noticed that Ebays 12 month average is significantly less than their 30 day average. Can it be that they are really cracking down that hard? Or is there another reason to give a seller non performance? (meaning are they looking at my account for fraud or something?) I sell children's clothing, formula sometimes, Maternity items, baby gifts......and have more than 100 positives for the month. They tell me it's automated...every week, the system looks at accounts and restricts ones for seller non-performance. I never recieved a warning. Also, I tried to use another account, using the same paypal though and it was restricted the next day. I was able to sell on thing on my daughters account yesterday, but when I listed something that was removed from my original store, It didn't show up in the keyword search at all...I checked 5 hours after listing and there was a watcher, but not showing up on keyword search. Checked her account from my old account and it showed that my daughters account had nothing listed. I thought it was fishy, so I ended it. Can it be that they will suspend her account too? I really need help. This is by all means my job! I cannot work out of the home because I have a child with special needs.....and now 15,000 worth of inventory that I cannot move. |
