MC183 CIT NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Breach of User Agreement

Hey guys greeting from Hong Kong.

Today i got suspended by ebay. ()(&@#(@) As i just passed 7 days selling restriction and just begin to list items again.

Okay seems everthing is good. all Done. upload success. but 10mins after it i recevied a mail from ebay

seems this is the most serious suspension. what can i do. any suggestion?

Lol, at the bottom of that page it says "Please be advised that this suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees that you may owe to eBay." That gave me a laugh. Just move on and start another account.

HK accounts will never last long selling that sort of stuff unless your feedback is in the 1000's...

I am over 7000 stars and i was a platimun powerseller. ebay now is going crazy to hunt down hong kong account:mad2:

Are these brand names? vero?

Talking to powersellers on the phone is useless, like livechat. you can still try but my experiences is that same ol lame reply wait for T&S.

For ebay. 99% product from asia is Vero. i even didnt add the brand name on the title. i tried to email them but they replied remain same. no reveal at this moment. damn it.

just wondering, because that is a very long time for a seller to be suspended.
i thought the longer your on ebay, the harder it is for you to get suspended or dumb reason

In this case, the OP has used up his chances. There is certainly some leeway for powersellers. But like a cat, the nine lives can be used up with the sad outcome. :peace:

Try not to think that anyone is 'safe' on ebay because it is not true
