Suspended Indefinitely
Seeking advice.
UK based ebayer, I had a nice buy & flip business on ebay. LTD company with a business bank account and business account on ebay. Perfect sales / score.
Got banned for abusing the returns process. After 17 years of being a member with over 10k feedback, 100%. I buy various electricals off ebay (+ other sources), fix them up and re-sell them. I am very picky so have been careless over the last few months just buying items without really reading the description as I know I can always return them under buyer protection. Well that backfired big time. Ebay are not happy about that. Banned on the grounds that I return too many items outside of the sellers no returns policy. I return items with parts missing. I return items excessively.
Customer services said they periodically review suspended accounts so they will email me if I am ever re-instated which tells me I may have a chance to get back on in a year or two.
But I don't want to close my LTD company. How do I go down the stealth route as a UK seller ? I don't have access to any other address etc. And no clue about getting a new IP etc.
Only if ebay WARNED me. I would have stopped my behaviour. |
