New account eBay suspended immediately then reinstated(maybe)
 

Hello ,I do not know if it happened to you as well ,but as a routine everytime I open an eBay account and I list a few items the account is suspended immediatly then I have to call them and if they reinstate the account it seems after they leave you alone for a while,
So my question is :
Is it possible to add the Vcc card to PayPal after pass this verification so is not wasted in case they suspend permanently?
I have tried to list normally and do not added it yet but so far 3 day passed they didn't put down the list yet

The issue with that is PAYPAL will limit / suspend you.

Ebay only care about you delivering the items to customers on time and paying their fees, so they want to make sure you have a automatic payment method set up be it paypal or credit card.

By not verifying your paypal you risk paypal limiting you if funds get deposited in to that account. So do it before your customer pays.
