new ebay account suspended... paypal too?
 

i have a new ebay account that got suspended (MC049). they did not send an email as to how to get reinstated or asked any info. They also sent a message to pay my bills (listing fees and final value fees). should i pay for these?
The paypal account associated with this is not suspended. although payments from customers are still being held because it is a new account and has a 21 days old hold order. There is no way to get them early because my ebay account is suspended so i cannot receive feedbacks from customers. so my next question is, will i be able to receive these funds after 21 days?
also is it still worth it or possible to work on getting reinstated on my ebay account that got suspended? thanks.
