Ebay account suspended indefinitely

Hi, just got this :

''Your eBay account is temporarily restricted while we verify your information..''

The account is 3 years old , i called in twice and I was told that I am not allowed anymore to sell on eBay platform ( no reasons explained ).
I am actually able to buy from eBay but I can't sell anything anymore.
Please advise :))):bird::spy:
