I connect internet thru Dynamic Ip service . So everyday i log in eBay by different IP, Is it safe?

well.. there are two type of IP one is static and the other one is dynamic. It's upto your ISP what kind of service you get

I've noticed that after getting a different IP almost every time I would sign in initially with AOL, now it pretty much stays the same even if I clear cookies in IE, footprints in AOL and reset the modem.
