Take out money from Giftcards
 

Like i have a bunch of gift cards that I need to take the money out of and I used html editor and used the paypal donate but now there telling me the adreses on the cards are incorret -.- ~stupid paypal~

Is there a alternate way to take out the money from my giftcards?

I'm not even sure what you're talking about. Paypal donate? What does that have to do with it? New one on me. Can you not send money to another account using the card as the funding source?

I have only used the Simon cards and what modee says is correct.
Also in the case of the Simon cards and I'm sure most others you can use them like a CC, to pay for postage for shipping, gasoline, etc. The merchant sees it is a gift card so the name on the front (there is none) doesn't have to match the way it would for online purchases.

I'm curious, why do you use the actual Simon cards? Is it just the convenience of having a physical card you can use in the store or are the virtual cards much harder to use now? I admit I haven't been keeping track of Simon much lately, and the convenience of having your card within a matter of hours is a big plus in my book.

I know the billing adreses and everything of the cards, just when i tryed to donate the money from the cards to my paypal account it gives me a adres donate error T_T this is the first time it happened to me.


I just need a alternate way to get the money out the cards to my paypal account.

I think the term donate would suggest a recoginzed charity.
Maybe they would let you donate, but since you are not charity it is considered payment and maybe your aren't allowed to sent/receive.

This might be a stupid question, but why in the world would you prefer to have money in PP rather than the GC?

Why not just use the funds in the GC to purchase non-discretionary items that you need to buy anyway?

In GC? ive grown accustomed just sending the money back to paypal from the cards basicly ^^'

Is this GC easier?_?

Assuming what you're talking about is paying for an auction, I can see where you would want to drain the card. However if you're just paying fees you can use the card itself like a credit card. Although there may be a small fee to do so.
