A New Suspension Twist - Vero
 

So I have been selling Vero for 5 years and "thought" I had it figured out. Posted Vero Items on Friday afternoon for 3 day bid. Has worked for past two years.

This morning I lost two accounts for non-listed Vero items I sold weeks ago. Said the listing was taken down (no listing was up) and told me the trademark holders email address. So they suspended me for 7 days on items I sold either weeks or months ago.

WHAT? Is this something new?

Not new. Been happening for at least a decade.

Agreed. Trademark holder probably made the takedown request while the listing was still up.

I get exactly 2 vero warnings a year and always from the same Company(I know them personally) and they always take down all my listings from the previous months. They basically track all the listing item numbers(and or feedback) and go the slow process of removal. It takes a few months if you use and attorney and send a letter.
Usually that method only counts as one warning though so that is better than a bot removing listings one by one.
