MC011 Suspension Hold
 

Hello,

Just received this suspension hold and was told to provide tracking info or feedback.

I have about 11 digital code items that were shipped over ebay msger 10 days ago.

I only received feedback on 2 of those orders, but i messaged every one of those orders requesting feedback moments ago.

Couldn't I just purchase the labels now and send physically to the buyers who didnt leave feedback? Should I wait for them to arrive before I appeal?

cant you just marked them as shipped,no tracking.
sellers who sell low price items do not always use tracking.

With such risky items that's the norm for ebay to do.
I believe you can still do the label thing as you suggested but note that with the type of items youre selling theres no guarantee youll get the account back and even if you do it can happen again.

mc011 for digital goods is a guaranteed account ban. not point to even think about it to send them anything.
