All eBay accounts suspended this morning!!
Woke up this morning and all of my ebay accounts were indefinitely suspended at the same time except 1? Not really sure what I did wrong other than maybe too similar of an ip pool or maybe listings were too similar? I use the stealth book and follow all rules. I called to try and get more information and some accounts are getting offered reinstatement if I provide front and back of my ID and a credit card statement but I'm assuming this is just a trap by eBay? Any advice would be appreciated. |

It's hard to determine what triggered this without knowing a lot more about your setup.
Are you using proxies or a VPN? |

As long as you used a new IP each time, it's ok.
But the IP pool from a cell coompany has always been small and it's quite possible that it's been abused by some random guy.
Why don't you use your own home internet or even better a dedicated VPN? |

Could be the listings.
Could be the IP address.
Could be another unknown factor.
Time to start over... consider using dedicated VPN connections this time around. |

I have been selling for years with "abused IP's" from dynamic IP VPN, both Ebay and PP, they seem not to give a damn. |

I dont think it is the listings,else all the AMZN dropshippers will be banned ,they all copied AMZN pictures and descriptions,words for words.

actually it is dropshipping from other retailers which is not allowed.
retailers can ask manufacturer,wholesaler,distributor to drop ship if he does not have the item in stock,or it is just not feasible to keep every color,style in stock.
I did that a few times,instead of having the item shipped to me and then me to my customer,I just send my supplier the money and instructions.
Once a Florida Toyota wholesale dealer was running a promotion and give away some Japanese gifts,I asked my Japanese vendor to ship to them direct.
Unfortunately I did not make much,after wiretransfer fee,exchange fee and bank fee.
I also will do that for retail customer who just want one item,as long as I dont lose money,it is more of a courtesy than profit. |

I dont sell the kind of merchandise which are being dropshipped from AMZN,COSTCO,WMT but I know some Ebay sellers who paid and own their stock resent dropshippers for good reason.
And it is up to EBAY to decide. |

I don't need you explaining to me what's allowed and what isn't. I used to have around 15,000 listings dropshipped from a USA supplier. Been there, done that. |

if Ebay is doing what it said it will do,there wont be any listing left in many categories.
everytime I buy something on Ebay and it arrived from AMZN,I did some number crunching and the seller is making like 96 cents after expenses?
In some cases,they lost money
You have to sell many to make a decent profit.
Bu some said they are using their review points/cc points and whatever freebies which they can use on AMZN to buy?
I wish them the best of luck,if it works,why not? |
