eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Ebay account suspensions?

Your account usually stays active - you just lose the ability to edit or create listings. So you should still be able to respond to/appeal cases while you're suspended. It's probably another story if you're NARU'd so I guess it depends on what degree your account gets into trouble.

It's basically when eBay deletes your account, then next to your username anywhere on eBay it will say "Not A Registered User".

Yes, anything that involves you giving them money and refunds you still can do but that's about it.

Usually during a suspension the only things you can't do are create and/or edit listings. You can still contact customers, buy things, respond to cases, and anything else you'd normally be able to do except make or modify listings.
