How long to relist after 7 day suspension?

Got a 7 day suspension for the first time ever today
My question is when can I relist ANYTHING even semi risky?
Should I wait 30 days? 60? 90?
I just dont want to get another listing removed then get the 30 day ban
This account is top rated and have had it for 10 years this is the first time I have ever had this issue
Hope you guys can help
Thanks alot!

Listing takedowns need to be separated by hundreds of sales in order for them not to be a threat to your account. If you have high sales volume you can survive dozens of takedowns - if you have low sales volume you can lose your account after 1 or 2.

It's not really a matter of just waiting a long time and then doing the same thing.

Yes I have about 1000 sales per month going on
but just dont want any issues with the account
Just curious on how long I should wait before posting anything risky at all again.
Thanks

Better make or buy stealth accounts for the risky stuff.

My main three accounts are for living, the rest are for extra pocket money and easily replaced.

Could not have said it better myself. OP has account selling 1000 items a month. This item should NEVER be relisted on such a strong account...NEVER!
That's what disposable accounts are for as tinsolder stated.

"Use a different account" doesn't really answer OP's question. Disposable US accounts are gone unless you enjoy burning bank accounts too.

I'd say wait a few months, and use your back up accounts.

I wouldn't risk such a nice account, you know.

I assume you already got warned at least 1 time before the 7 day suspension?

Well, it's 2019, there are thousands of banks available in the US just begging for new business, so while it's not as easy at is was in 2017, disposable accounts are still a good idea for anyone tweaking, testing products, liquidating, protecting strong accounts etc.

I hate calling this disposable.

People need to realize that the more you abuse the system the harder and harder these institutions are going to make it for us.

So play the field conservatively and be responsible.

Wasnt warned but everything hit at the same time
Bad timing you could say
Took everything risky at all down thats risky because this is our only account that supports me and my family
I might wait 60 days before posting anything risky unless someone can advise me otherwise
Starting a new stealth but the items we sell are all very high priced so this will take so much time =(
What do you guys think
60 days? 90 days? I know they watch you up to 180 days because I asked one of the ebay reps
Thanks guys!!
