Mc011 eBay account
 

I have a business stealth account that has been hit by mc011.

I need to supply -

ID

Billing address

And invoices of my products -

I’m drop-shipping so don’t have invoices


Does anyone know a way round ?

Usually MC011 means you are done. It's the most difficult of suspensions to overcome.

Most of the time when you supply them with what they ask for, they will respond with a perm ban.

Of course, don't let that discourage you. Try your luck even though the odds are not in your favor, sadly.

What nicko said is true. It's really 50/50. I have accounts that passed the horror Mc011 suspension, but it takes a lot of time. Good thing i had someone who's a working for eBay (legally) helping me to reinstate the account.
ANd make you'll have back-up accounts running already? coz this suspension is a do-or-die game. Best of Luck!

Not true. I was able to reinstate multiple accounts that received MC011

Then consider yourself very lucky. There are always some exceptions to the rule, but generally MC011's are notoriously difficult to resolve. This is not only based on my personal experience dealing with it on several accounts, but so many posters here over the years (such as the OP) having the same issue.

Of course you would never know if you can resolve it without trying, that is giving eBay what they want. The odds are not every good, tho.

I got hit with the exact same thing and i had all the information including distributer accounts etc. dint matter what i did, they just hit me with a ban.

I was hit with the same thing on a stealth acct. I was creative with the ID and electric bill request. As for being a dropshipper, they already knew that since they had removed my top rated status a month or two ago because of the some API software I was using. I was able to get my account back, but I don't trust it at all.

MC011 like this you have no chance of getting back on. They are only requesting documents to phish for other accounts they can link/suspend.

Getting past a MC011 suspension is one of the hardest things to accomplish.

Most of time you can expect a perm ban when you send them the requested documents.

That said, there HAVE been times people have been able to overcome the dreaded MC011's, but the odds are not in your favor.

So long as the account is not in your real name and using stealth details, you don't really have much to lose.
