What could I be doing wrong ?
 

So I’ve been wanting to try stealth using my Safari on my phone but I keep getting suspended after a day I use new info clear cookies and make sure my phone IP changes. I don’t list anything at start I’m starting to think they have my phone permanently banned some how..

You aren't supposed to attempt stealth on mobile browsers. That's problem #1.

Aside from that, if you read around the forum's posts from the past few months, eBay has been suspending almost all new accounts shortly after registration. In most cases they just want you to call in and discuss your selling goals, so it's an easy reinstatement once you call.

Considering that they're suspending almost all new accounts, I'd avoid doing anything intentionally risky like trying to use your phone to run stealth accounts.

The fact remains that the way you're trying to run your accounts is senselessly risky.

Wipe the phone completely, create new iTunes account , use a new SIM card and you should be fine.
Or just buy a new cheap phone from CEX

I run my accounts on different iPhones so much easier to manage. Each account per phone.

I’ve been using this method for years.

Maybe works better for me because my details are registered on the electoral roll meaning I don’t have to send any identification once I’ve received over EU €1800

But to be honest I’ve used made up details and still been fine.

Obviously eBay and PayPal feel more protected when they know your registered on the electoral roll.. reasoning being PayPal do not request identification after your account has passed €1800

From what I understand, each phone has a set MAC address if you try and wipe a phone clean that you already had an eBay account on it will link those accounts everyone. So you’d have to get another phone that hasn’t been used on eBay before.
