What is different with new Stealth Accounts

I have been focused on Stealth Amazon, and just had my eBay accounts get hit with restrictions from supply issues (due to Amazon issues).

I am trying to get cashflow back up online, and get my real eBay accounts working again. In the meantime I figured I can get Stealth accounts going.

Can someone give me a summary of the latest issues we need to be aware of with stealth accounts NOT covered in the guide?

Way too much is changing right now, and nobody can be sure of anything because of it. The biggest issue will be the new payment system rolling out.
