Can you Sell Social Media Promotion on Fresh eBay?

Hello Friends,

This is my first post on this beautiful Community Portal.

I am made some 10 of Fresh Stealth accounts of eBay+Paypal my self, but all of them Suspended.

Even I learned a lote from your guys but still I have a Question that i never find it on this Forum so I wanted to open a New Post..

If I buy some Stealth accounts from the guys which are selling on this forum possible I sell Social Media Promotion like YouTube Views Likes Subs also same Services of Instagram Facebook etc?

As I think with fresh accounts is not possible because since I made some accounts I listed some other stuff before I list Social Media Promotions after some 4 days I listed YouTube View then in 1 hour got suspended.

So anyone please help me
