Sold stuff on ebay and ebay fees 100 pounds unpaid + account suspended

What the helli is this?
Received e-mail from ebay about the suspension:
In reviewing your account, we have observed that your buying activity did not follow our policies. As a result, your account has been permanently suspended

But there are about 100 pounds ebay fees unpaid for selling stuff on ebay. So ebay does not care and suspends my account?
I will not pay any ebay fees.

people on here will tell you to pay your fees because you used the service.. me I don't really care as the eb ay board of directors are rich billionaires flying private jet and driving Porsches without a care in the world... I do happen to care about our non-American sisters and brothers who work hard at eb ay's customer support so you should defiantly pay your fees

No, it feels wrong to and stupid to pay ebay fees, when your suspension is not related to selling. Ebay think they have the power to do what they want...

In .de , you have to link your bank account to pay the fee auto.

So Ebay will send the bill to your bank account later. Some banks pay the bill directly without your confirmation, but some banks need your(bank account holder) response to confirm the payment.

So if you don't want to pay the bill, just make sure the balance in your linked bank account was less than the bill.

is this how it works in GERMANY?
In USA,it can only turn your debt over to collection agency,it has an army of callers who will call you ,hoping you will pay something/

I am not stupid. I had connected only vcc to that ebay account, I changed vcc limits on my bank account and ebay tried to charge that vcc 2 times and never got any money from it.

Yeah ebay suspended one of my accounts which I had over $500 in selling fees due. I just dont see the point of paying if they want to restrict my selling priveleges. Simply linked a VCC then ditched the account.

Use the 100 pounds to buy a new stealth account from the marketplace.

I almost got suspended for that. They said I opened too many counterfeit or not as described returns. Despite the fact that all the sellers were suspended at the time of opening the case...
