ebay accounts(s) suspended PERMA
 

Had 3 ebay accounts, just normal not stealth, lost them a few weeks back, one had several thousand feedback, the 3 of them folded like a deck of cards.


Im only telling this to help others, I wont get the accounts back,

The larger of the I had stop using as visibility had been reduced due to I believe to return cases being opened,

These are business accounts So im paying for all listed, and moved over to 2 other accounts I had and focused on them,

all going fine, around 3 months later, get an email on bigger account, along the lines, "this month your seller account hasn't met with expected performance"

SO I duely contact support, they said its because I have an open reurn case that's not been closed, I explained customer didn't return item.

Customer service guy says hold one will speak to manager, he then goes onto say as the return has been open over 3 months, there system wont allow them to remove. He says just keep selling will be fine,

Next month, another automated messaged, "your selling standards are poor again for a second month, if they don't improve your account could be limited or suspended,

again call support, they assure me its fine, he cant remove the return due to system, but it will reset after 12 months and not to worry,

next, month, main account gets perma ban, for not performing lol, then lost my other 2 linked accounts,


I guess the moral is don't let any open return stay on your account, or could get a perma ban, even if customer does not return item. call and get it removed.!

this large account with thousand of feedbacks has one return case open and this is the reason why it is permanently banned?
I doubt it,did you check your seller dashboard and see how you fare?

returns automatically close out after 30 days...

None of this makes sense. I just had a return closeout automatically because they never returned item.

Moral of the story is that your accounts did not meet basic standards and has been justifiably suspended.
There isn't any new information in there that could 'help others'
Had you helped yourself by attending to your returns, you might have been better off.

As agent006140, Leader2dark and james13v have implied above, your story does not paint the complete picture.

I'm not saying you should but assuming you post a (redacted) snapshot of your seller dashboard, we may be able to deduce what led to your suspension.

Why even wait for ebay to intervene. Now look what's happened, you're banned. If you are running a business you need to allocate a budget for expenses out of the blue. Nobody said ebay stealth was free.

Yeah that's how I noticed it, on dashboard, I expected to reset after the month also, nope,

My visibility was reduced, so stopped using big account, but would login every week or so for any messages, and seen the the saying, your account is below standard for the month, Just thought wow that's weird not used it in a few months, this is the point I took it up with support, they said the system wouldn't allow them to remove them, it would need to stay on account for full year,

next month, months even though not sold a thing, but case was open, I got the message, if you don't improve, you could be restricted from selling,
