eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

My acc has been banned but Amazon continues charging me every month even though I can't sell anything.

The question is, can I somehow request a refund for these fees ?
Just for a period, when my account has been really suspended.

I have called them multiple times. But all this looks like absolutely pointless as they do not want really to help me.

I agree, if you are using a VISA/MC on these payments, file a chargeback and tell them you revoked their authorization to further billing. Most of the time this works.
