Can't Link eBay UK to PayPal Maltese (Malta) Account with Immediate Payment
 

I can't link my eBay UK account to my PP Maltese account, I'm using everything Stealth and all the information, including the VCC is new. Whenever I choose the 'Immediate Payment' option I get a message saying to verify my PP account.

I can confirm my PP is verified with a confirmation e-mail from PP on registration and after calling eBay support they don't seem to know nothing about this issue.

I never had any issue in the past creating stealth accounts. This seems to be happening on new creating new accounts.

Has anyone found a solution yet for this issue?

Yes, facing the same issue with both US accounts eBay and PP.
