I have an issue adding US bank account to Ebay

I have been trying adding my US bank account to Ebay to make it as payment method but i am getting error that Ebay can not verify it
I never had an issue with this but now I get error MSG that Ebay can not verify my CARD??????? yes I do not know why they are saying card while I am trying to add US bank account

Hint: I tried to add 3 different bank accounts from different banks.
I also called ebay but they do not know why I am getting this error

For USA accounts, use that bank to confirm your paypal, then use the paypal as method of payment

For the automatic payment method? It has been happening to me too.

there is no ebay for egypt so i am using Ebay,com. like other countries like latvia, UAE, Saudi Arabia...etc

Use VCC to verify , then use bank to confirm....
these 2 things need to happen

and you try to link your US bank account?

there are my personal accounts
but usually any VBA will work
I tried both ways for years
