Paypal limited but Ebay is working

Hello,

I had stealth ebay and paypal .. but looks like paypal is now limited but ebay is working..

should i just get new paypal and attach it ? will it lead to limitation of new paypal as well ?

should i just let this ebay account goo ??

In my opinion, you should use a new paypal account.
1 clean account paypal, I mean never linked to any other ebay accounts
