Hi I am Japanese seller in Japan.

How can I transfer funds from US stealth paypal to Japanese bank?

I tired these but they refused

worldfirst

if there is no solution
I am planning to send from stelath paypal to my Japanese paypal account then withdraw.

Is it safe?

And this Japanese Paypal was linked to ebay which is suspended before.

I will be really appreciated if someone know this

Sending to another account is risky but it's probably your only option, unless you can get a US bank account.

seems like I should make US bank account but it should be same name as paypal account right?

because stealth has got different name ...

Or I will make invoice to my JP account 1-2 times in a month

If you are able to make a US bank account you should make it with your real name, not the stealth name. It would be considered bank fraud in the US if you were to try making an account with the stealth name. The vast majority of US banks accept mismatched ACH deposits from Paypal accounts so the mismatching name shouldn't be an issue for you.

USa paypal needs a USA bank account.

This is a very tough situation.

You really need some kind of agent or partner in the USA to even begin to run smoothly.

Paypal will shut you down after too many transfers. (Both accounts)

why does anyone want to open a stealth US Paypal account,if they only know without US bank account,without SSN and DOB,your money cant be sent or spent or transferred to a bank account?

No, PP still needs an SSN if you want to even hold a balance

she is holding a balance now,but without a US bank account,she cant transfer to a bank account,
Without a PAYPAL cash account which requires SSN and date of birth,she cant send money or buy anything with her Paypal balance.her money will stay in her Paypal account.
