MC011 Ban after 3 months
 

Hi guys, this year i decided to come back to ebay and try to sell, after 3-4 years of doing other business.

Today after 3 good months of selling i got an e-mail from ebay,"MC011 Your eBay seller account has been restricted".

I don't understand why they want tracking numbers of my orders if i already sent all the tracking to all the people that ordered from me.

Is it possible that i got suspended because on the items i sell i say that i ship from Italy but the packages comes from China?

They want invoices of the stuff i was selling, but i do dropshipping from China, if i send them the invoices from China when my shipping address is in Italy they won't unlock my account right?

You get restricted because you are drop shipping from a retailer, probably from aliexpress. You can kiss your account goodbye. While drop shipping is allowed , it is not allowed from marketplaces.

A lot will also depend on what the product(s) is in question along with good quality invoices

I Do not dropship from aliexpress. I use a China Agent that find stuff for me that are not on other markets like aliexpress etc.

I sent them all the tracking numbers they want, now i wait for response and then send the dropshipping contract that i have with the company.

This is all they are asking for and i have everything, let's see what happens.
