One more time I will repeat. In Poland we have a service at the post office, that it is possible to pay for the packet when we open it by the postman. Thanks to that we can buy everywhere, from every local (from entire of country) announcement and it is safely. Why as the USA and perhaps other, big, strong countries didn't invent such a large country this way of trivial way.
Thanks to that for one solution the trade is developing very well and no big commercial portal is needed.
In the USA or for example in England (of England I am not reliable) it's impossible. Therefore sellers this way are persecuted because cannot send and if only the purchaser paid at the receipt and still checked the letter.

Although reading that made my head hurt, are you talking about 'Cash on Delivery (COD)'?

I think you'll find it a globally adopted process, many big nations use it, I know for sure its used here in the UK , Canada, UAE and in India for sure.

I use translator when I must write a lot of sentences, ihihi :]

Yes, Cash on Delivery but with option opening the packet before the payment.
Brilliant simple solution of the problem. I am buying where I want in Poland, the seller is sending me with such an option and everyone are happy.

Thanks to this one option life of the purchaser second hand things became much, much simpler

COD was huge in the US 60-70 years ago, but it seems to have run it's course. USA doesn't have the moral standards for that type of thing anymore. Sellers would take huge losses since half their buyers wouldn't pay.

uuuu it is interesting
In the interest of Ebay it is so that there are no option of paying at the receipt and checking the letter. In my opinion they would lose many million very much annually, however average people would make a profit. And there would be far more freedom in this respect. Generally speaking such a company as Ebay is exercising from taking away the part of the freedom of choice from the ordinary men.

In the world in such a way that he is always with what more option all the more a man is free. If companies form own law always create them so that the man doesn't feel free in order can limit the man.

I simply want to send a parcel taking a risk, it ow I am deciding whether I am taking a risk rather than the system, not companies which created this system.

It is I am supposed to have a freedom in the risk assessment rather than if only the system only assessed the risk and drove me.
Its true FREEDOM :]

Anyone who is not happy with Ebay -whether it is listing restriction, payment options,or fees should find another venue to sell.
Where can you find a venue where you can list from home, open 24/7 and your goods are visible to potential buyers all over the world?
I have shipped to countries like S Africa,Egypt,Israel,Canada,UK,Ireland,Germany,Fran ce,AUstria,Switzerland,Norway,Sweden,Denmark,Japan ,HK,Singapore,Malaysia,Indonesia,India,China,Austr alia,Argentina,Brazil,Mexico,Saudi Arabia,Peru,New Zealand,South Korea,Russia,Spain.

They actually have tons of competition and they're losing more and more of the e-commerce market share each year.

Ebay does have competitors,AMZN,WMT,COSTCO,WAYFAIR,MACY,KOHLS ,hOME DEPOT ,ETSY and more.
What Ebay has is price,if you need something light and small, you can get them on EBay and pay little shipping and save you a trip to a physical store, and used items which seller want to rid of,we all have plenty of like new shoes, clothes, bags we dont need.
But for bulky ,heavy items,Ebay sellers cannot afford free shipping,I bought toaster/oven from WMT ,$35 and free shipping,Ebay sellers are selling beatup version with $35 shipping, who would you buy from?

Right!!! I just saved that info into google docs. I have always bought my accounts up until now so I don't really have any experience in this. How about aged accounts. Get a USPS box, open the account with it. Buy some cheap crap from China (I love the cheap costume jewelry). Then try to sell on it in 6 months or so? Has anyone tried that?

Lmao eBay can be considered a monopoly depending on who you ask.
It's like Andrew Yang said:
We need to be realistic that [enabling] competition doesn’t solve all the problems,” he said. “It’s not like any of us wants to use the fourth best navigation app… There’s a reason why no one is using Bing today… Sorry, Microsoft. It’s true.”

They are the best because people are too lazy to ditch eBay and switch depop or poshmark.

But it could also be flipped, why waste my time when they don't have 1/1000 of the buyers eBay has.

Back to the first sentence. It's a matter of opinion and I personally think it's a monopoly due to the competition isn't a close similar result
You can easily quit shopping at Walmart and go to Target.
You can't quit eBay auctions and do auctions on Amazon.

There really isn't one that's like eBay, the other one would be Amazon.

next my disquisitions :]
Ebay is an American company and is acting precisely as the American system, in America the 80% of convicteds is fairly and 20% unfairly. Exactly the same Ebay is acting. the 20% of withheld accounts is unfairly and 80% fairly. In Europe it is unacceptable. Perhaps the 5% of convicteds is unfairly. It is exactly this huge difference.

now the example as Ebay is able to cheat:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Adobe-Creat...gAAOSwGmZcDldm

This sentence is best: "I've now sold out of the box and discs so have lowered the price and am now selling the download and full retail license number" Ihihihihi :]

the seller is selling the licence to Adobe Master Collection CS6 without the registration in an account Adobe that is illegally. He is simply selling keys which aren't a property of this seller. He is probably selling a few, a dozen or so keys which he has for free and is earning on one art about USD 400. is selling these keys monthly 30-40. And so he is earning about 15.000USD monthly!!! Yes, 15,000, it is not a mistake!!! Ebay isn't hanging it, Paypal isn't suspending him. However if somebody without the company liked to sell at once withholding the account on Ebay or on Paypal or at the same time has. It is exactly this legendary Ebay/Paypal justice :]
Adobe isn't interested in it, because isn't selling keys to seven years, there is a cloud now.

Buyerss want only a key and if only he acted, therefore has a 100% of comments or else the key will always apply.

The seller simply found a remedy how to earn huge money but Ebay instead of it banned, nothing is doing. The seller quickly worked the subject of cheating out.

it is possible to earn on ebayu cheating, for months, for years? earning annually about 150,000 usd net? Certainly it is possible
Ebay and Paypal are an evil... or ideal place it of earning on frauds Iiiiihihiihi :]

exactly, and Amazon has a completely different concept and does not work with Paypal.
I don't see really an alternative for now but I believe there will be in the future.
