Hello, on the 3rd august 2009 i got this messege
Dear ******************
We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been restricted from selling on eBay for breach of our Seller Non-Performance policy.
This means that your account has generated an unacceptably high level of dissatisfaction amongst your buyers. Because of this, we are removing selling privileges on this account for a at least 4 weeks, and are ending any open listings.
You will still be able to buy items, conclude outstanding transactions, resolve issues with your buyers, leave Feedback and access emails in My Messages. However, you won't be able to list any items with this account.
***About eBay's Seller Non-Performance policy***
All eBay sellers must perform in a manner that results in a consistently high level of buyer satisfaction. If a seller is in breach of the Seller Non-Performance policy and eBay may take action against their account.

Seller Non-Performance Policy
Here's what you can do now:
We strongly encourage you complete all your current sales in a manner that results in positive buyer experiences, and settle any open issues from previous sales.
Most problems can be quickly resolved with a friendly conversation. We recommend you phone the buyer directly or send them an email asking them to phone you.
You should also resolve any buyer cases open against you in both PayPal and eBay. Here's how to view them:
- eBay: Go to My eBay and click "Resolution Centre". You can respond to the buyer in the Resolution Centre, or send them an email from the item page.
- PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account and click the "Resolution Centre" subtab.

What happens next?
We'll review your account again after 4 weeks. If buyer satisfaction with your account has improved significantly the restrictions will be automatically relaxed or lifted.
If your account standing has not improved (i.e. you haven't resolved cases, and completed any open transactions) we will take further action, which may include the suspension of all of your eBay accounts.
Here's a few tips for ensuring buyer satisfaction:
- Indicate postage costs and time frames clearly and package the item well to ensure it's delivered safely.
- Keep an eye on your "Buyer satisfaction" rating in Seller Dashboard.
- Contact your buyer as soon as possible if any problems arise at your end, such as a delay in posting their item.
- If a buyer contacts you with a concern, you should respond promptly and personally. Most problems can be quickly resolved with a friendly conversation. Phone the buyer directly or send them an email asking them to phone you.
Please be advised that this account restriction does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees that you may owe to eBay.
Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.
Regards,
eBay Trust & Safety
