MC008 SNPC NOTICE: Restricted Account
 

Hi all,

I am new to this site and have been browsing to find an answer to my question.

I have 400 + feedbacks and sell only licensed items for which i am an authorised distributor and have not got any vero type warnings on my account.

The problem for me is that i have been suspended indefinately from selling on my account following the warning "MC008 SNPC NOTICE: Restricted Account".

Is there any way i will be allowed to sell on ebay again?

does this relate to poor DSR? Is your seller's performance poor? Best to say exactly what the suspension notice says

We regret to inform you that selling on your eBay account has been indefinitely restricted for breaching our Seller Non Performance policy. Selling limits may be placed on individual accounts to maintain a safe trading environment.

OK. ebay UK are handing these out a lot lately. What exactly does it say on your sellers dashboard?

All i have is this warning telling me that i am indefinately suspended.

I am a silver powerseller also so i have emailed powerseller support but no reply as yet.
