so i have decided to create a stealth ebay paypal acc and i have some questions about it,

First you should know how to withdraw money from paypal in the country where you want to create stealth account.

Best for beginners is to buy an existing account from the sellers on this forum and build slowly. Then buy the Ebay stealth guide and build the accounts in country you want.

I think reading the stealth guide would be the very first step onto creating/working an eBay account succesfully.
